If you are selling a property then you will probably need a Home Information Pack. We can provide this for you.

You are safe in the knowledge that it has been prepared by someone legally trained. We are not convinced that HIP’s will speed the transaction up but you may have to have one, our costs are £350 plus vat and you can pay by credit or debit card.

Please email us or telephone the offices so we may take your card details. We can usually arrange and deliver the HIP to you within a few days, depending on where you are.
